How Returns Work
1️⃣ Submit the return form
Complete the returns form within 30 days of purchase.
2️⃣ Send the item back
Use the return label provided. Items must be returned in as-new condition with all tags attached.
3️⃣ We receive your return
Once received, we inspect the item.
4️⃣ Refund or exchange processed
Refunds go back to the original payment method, or we ship your replacement.
Change of Mind Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a full-priced product, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or colour, please contact us at: sales@newcastlehats.com.au
We will provide a complimentary return label and ship the replacement once the original item has been received.
Return Conditions
Returns must be:
• in as-new condition
• in original packaging
• with all tags attached
Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
Exclusions
Returns are not available for:
• customised products
• discounted or promotional items
(except where required under Australian Consumer Law)
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and do not include shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Consumer Guarantees
Faulty goods will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Can I try the hat on?
Yes. Please try it on like you would in a store, but do not wear it or remove tags unless you intend to keep it.
Do I pay return shipping?
A single use no charge Return labels is provided for domestic exchanges. Sizes exchanges are limited to one per purchase
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
